PVC Coated Fiberglass Mesh

GALAXYFIBER PVC Coated Fiberglass Mesh is made from glass fiber yarn woven into a leno structure and coated with a specialized alkali-resistant emulsion. It offers excellent compatibility with PVC paste, resins, plasticizers, and stabilizers, making it ideal for LVT flooring, WPC flooring, SPC flooring, vinyl tiles, and commercial PVC floor coverings.

1. Unwind – Unroll the fiberglass mesh at the production line.
2. Position – Align the mesh with the PVC backing layer.
3. Embed – Feed the mesh into the calendering or lamination process.
4. Bond – Ensure the mesh fuses with the PVC paste or resin.
5. Cool – Allow the flooring to cool and set.
6. Cut – Cut the reinforced flooring to required dimensions.
7. Finish – Proceed with surface embossing, coating, or cutting as required.
