GALAXYFIBER Cement Floor Fiberglass Reinforcing Mesh is made from alkali-resistant fiberglass yarn with a specialized coating. It provides excellent adhesion, flexibility, and load distribution capability, making it ideal for industrial floors, warehouse floors, garage floors, workshop floors, and cement floor renovation projects.

1. Surface Preparation – Clean and level the cement floor substrate.
2. Apply Base Coat – Spread a uniform layer of cement screed or self-leveling compound (approx. 2–3mm).
3. Lay Mesh – Press the mesh into the wet screed, ensuring full contact.
4. Overlap – Overlap adjacent strips by at least 10cm; 15–20cm at corners.
5. Apply Top Coat – Cover with a second layer of screed or self-leveling compound, fully embedding the mesh.
6. Smooth – Remove air bubbles with a trowel or roller.
7. Cure – Allow to dry per manufacturer's instructions.
8. Finish – Apply floor coating, tile, or protective layer as required.
