Unidirectional mats include 0° unidirectional mat and 90° unidirectional mat. The density of  0° unidirectional mats is 300g/m²-900g/m² and the density of  90° unidirectional mats  is  150g/m²-1200g/m². This product is mainly used in making tubes and blades of wind power turbines.

Product Introduction

Each product is wound onto a paper tube which has an inside diameter of 76mm. Each roll is wrapped up in plastic film and then packed in a cardboard box. The carton are stacked horizontally or vertically onto pallets. All pallets are stretch wrapped and strapped to maintain stability during transport.Unless otherwise specified, product should be stored in a cool, dry, water-proof area It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be always maintained at 15℃ to 35℃ and 35% to 65% respectively.
