Stainless Steel Access Hatch

GALAXYFIBER Stainless Steel Access Hatch feature a matte surface that can be plastered, painted or wallpapered, blending naturally with plasterboard ceilings and walls. Made of stainless steel, they offer excellent corrosion resistance and rust-proof performance for humid, high-salt and corrosive environments. 

• Lockable security structure: Heavy-duty lock prevents unauthorized access; only matching keys can operate it. Suitable for public areas, wet rooms, plant rooms and commercial buildings.
• Flush, invisible design: Panel is flush with the outer frame, with no protruding handles or exposed lock fittings. Matte surface can be plastered, painted or wallpapered for interior aesthetics.
• Stainless steel substrate, lightweight and corrosion-resistant: Premium stainless steel offers high mechanical strength and rust resistance, tolerating high humidity, water splash and corrosive atmospheres.
• Multiple sizes and easy installation: Standard square sizes, custom rectangular/non-standard sizes and special finishes are available. Pre-machined fixing holes on the outer frame enable quick recess installation by regular carpenters, with low maintenance.

• Confirm opening size, outer frame size and panel opening direction before installation.
• Use only matching keys; do not force the lock.
• Avoid blocking the keyhole or panel gap when plastering, painting or wallpapering.
• Periodically check the lock and sealing gasket in humid or corrosive environments.
• Do not scrape the stainless steel surface with sharp tools; use neutral cleaners.
• If load, fire or waterproof ratings are required, confirm against actual test reports.

1. Prepare the opening according to the size chart and check squareness.
2. Insert the outer frame, fix through pre-machined holes and level it.
3. Install the panel and check lock operation and key matching.
4. Adjust the panel to sit flush with the frame; ensure no protruding handles or exposed lock fittings.
5. Plaster, paint or wallpaper as required, avoiding the keyhole and panel gap.
6. Clean the surface and test the gasket and lock.
